Bellerophon to Beowulf to Batman: The Image of the Hero
Related to (and partially inspired by) an earlier discussion on what heroism is, I'm putting on an event (titled above) at Virginia Tech in early November to discuss changing images of the hero across time and space. I'm looking forward to it. Should get everyone ready for the new Beowulf movie...
