Anyway, a book I'm co-editing has now been listed on Palgrave's website. There's more here, including a Table of Contents, at my website. It's a small thing but it just makes the volume seem "real" -- like it's actually going to happen now. Anyway, mark your calendars. The book will be out just before Christmas...
